Skyline Maintenance Ltd Terms & Conditions


This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties in relation to its subject matter and supersedes all terms and conditions on the Customer's order and all prior agreements and understandings whether oral or written with respect to such subject matter. No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless provided in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of each of the parties.

All Customers' orders are subject to written acceptance by SKYLINE MAINTENANCE LTD (SM) Prices and Provision of Works and Services.

Unless specifically stated otherwise prices quoted are based on the provision of Services and Works during normal business hours. Work outside of normal business hours is subject to enhanced rates. Normal business hours means 0800 to 17.30 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank, Public holidays) save where alternative arrangements have been expressly agreed between the parties.

Skyline Maintenance reserves the right to revise the prices in the event of (i) delays due to the Customers failure to .1 any of their obligations, or (ii) the Customer requesting that SM delay work for any reason (ii) circumstances beyond the control of SKYLINE MAINTENANCE.

All price quotations provided by Skyline Maintenance are valid for 30 days for acceptance by the Customer.

All prices are inclusive of expenses unless otherwise agreed, which will be, agreed with the Customer prior to incursion.

All charges are shown exclusive of value added tax duties and levies, which shall be paid by the Customer.

Where this Agreement remains in force for a period greater than 12 months SKYLINE MAINTENANCE reserve the right to revise their rates and charges under the terms of this contract as appropriate.

The Customer shall provide all necessary information and support as may be reasonably required by SKYUNE MAINTENANCE to perform the Services, including where appropriate access to suitably configured products. Skyline Maintenance shall be entitled to rely on the completeness of all information provided. If the Customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information, or delays unduly in the performance of any of its obligations, Skyline reserves the right to stop work and agree suitable changes to prices and delivery terms or terminate this Agreement and the Customer shall indemnify Skyline in respect of all liability arising the reform.
